Christmas wedding favors are one of my favorite types o wedding favors. You can create so many custom and unique Christmas wedding favors that will really make yoru wedding guests feel special.

Here are some unique ideas for custom Christmas wedding favors for yoru winter wedding.

Mini Christmas Trees

You can find the cutest little Christmas trees at the local nursery and use them to create simple and sweet Christmas wedding favors your guests will love. If you look for mini Christmas s trees that are already packages in small terra cotta pots it will save you some time.

Now, you need to add a touch of color to the mini Christmas trees. You can use a simple yellow ribbon (or a ribbon in your wedding gcolors0 and tie a small elegant bow on the top the trees. You could even use silver or gold bows.

Paint pens are a also a great way to decorate terra cotta pot with gold and silver touches.

Line your mini Christmas trees up on a table at the door of your wedding reception. Your wedding guests can grab on as they leave. You could also use these as decoration on the Christmas wedding reaction tables. Place one at the plate of each guest, near where you would place the wine glasses.

Amaryllis Plants or Bulbs

Amaryllis plants are an all time favorite Christmas plant in so many homes. They also make a wonderful Christmas wedding gift. To package a simple amaryllis bulb you can place it in a simple clear plastic favor bag and tie it off with a ribbon. Be sure to use the tag methods describe above to add tags telling yoru winter wedding guest how to plant and care of their amaryllis bulb.

If you go for an amaryllis bulb that is already planted, then add a ribbon on to the stem. Again, attach a note telling how to care of the Christmas plant. The bulbs can be used year after year!

Mini Poinsettias

I recently cam across the cutest mini poinsettias at my local grocery store. They were already potted in small little pots and even had ribbon tied onto them! They were ready to go for a Christmas wedding favor.

I think the idea of live plants is a lovely one, a favor that can be enjoyed for long after the event.
