Pine Cones
Candles
Ever green branches

To get started layering and creating this simple Nature inspired Christmas wedding centerpiece you need to go ahead and lay the top table cloth down on your wedding reception tables.

If you are renting your tablecloths, then these Christmas centerpieces may need to be put together the morning of your wedding. They are simple though, and do not take up a ton of time.

To get started you want to make a simple mound of fake snow. This can be bought in the craft store by the bag. You need to make the mound first because you will not get the nice hill of snow afterwards without covering your candles.

Now, lay down the branch of ever green tree and the pine cones. To make this Christmas centerpiece easy on you, since I know you will be buy at your wedding, try buying fake pre made evergreen branches with pine cones attached to them.

You can save them in a box and simply pull them out the day of your wedding.

Now, press the pillar candles into place. You will want to dig a small hole out in the snow, all the way to the flat surface of the table.

Another option is to use clear glass candle votives with the pillar candles; this is the best option to keep fir safety in mind.

Now, on top of the snow and around the candles you can sprinkle on a few loose individual pine cones.

Tip: If you need to keep the fake snow somewhat contained and not floating on the table, then here are a few other options.

Try using a large patter in the middle. You can build this Christmas centerpiece for yoru wedding reception tables the same way, just keep it in the platter. A clear glass or silver platter will work best.
