This dial was designed by the very famous American designer Nathan George Horwitt in the year of 1947. This design draws inspiration from the sun itself and no wonder it resembles a sun dial.

Like every professional watchmaker, Movado too has opted for stainless steel, so there is nothing new actually. The steel case measure 31 mm in width. I got this watch last Christmas and it just works fine. I am eager to buy a new one from Movado itself, if this watch stops. I am highly impressed by the design as well as the workmanship of this masterpiece. This is definitely owners' pride. This watch with its classic sun dial would definitely steal the show. I am still looking out for some shortcomings in this watch and if I find one, I will definitely update my review and I am not sure whether I would fine any such shortcoming in the near future.
