Note that peanut butter have been known to curb your appetite and this causes people to eat less cause you want be hungry, but keep in mind that the items that you are eating your peanut butter with can count against your weight loss experience. If you are eating peanut butter as a sandwich and not with a fruit then remember that you will have to consider the amount of bread that you will be eating.

It has been known that people that eat peanut butter on a regular basic sticks to there diet longer. If you should try to add peanut butter in your diet for weight loss purposes note that you don't have to choose the reduce fat brand. The reduced fat brand actually takes away some of the good fats so it would be best to purchase the original brand and not reduce fats.
