A husband loses a wife and then gains a child through adoption. The child claims to be from Mars which complicates certain situations. Trying to understand the child becomes a difficult task to tackle. Martian Child.
It was a story that was full of understanding and wanting that other movies lack. Now they are so into being over the top and forgetting that the story is important they screw over the ideas of humanity. Martian Child showed humanity and understanding for a child that everyone just wrote off as weird. Don't take into consideration what happened to his past. Don't take into consideration that he wants to be loved or understood or for that matter have a family. Don't do that because it's a waste of time...he's too weird. Be different people say. Don't be a sheep they baa. The problem is that when you are different then there's something wrong with you and it needs to be fixed. It's a conundrum and it's stupid and people who facilitate that are sending the cool personas of people they are trying to change to their deaths because those personas are not the same different as everyone else's.
I liked Martian Child because it had a child that was different more so than most and he did not have a place to fit in until he was adopted and slowly he became adjusted to having someone that was going to stick around. The movie had a simple heart. It was not the kind of heart that is forced upon the audience. It had heart that could be felt and seen simply. It was touching and it almost had me believe in Martians. Ha...kidding.
