My manager, Trisha Malin, makes some of the most delicious candy I think I've ever tried. Imagine this: A cross between a buttery toffee and your favorite peanut brittle, but the nuts aren't in the toffee itself. Then it's enrobed in semi-sweet chocolate that just melts in your mouth! To top it all off, you can choose for your candy to be topped with pecans, almonds, or pistachios! How dangerously delicious does that sound! I'm telling you, I've tried all of them and I can eat an entire box in just one sitting. And, the best part? There is a diabetic friendly version of the candy! Something this delicious can be enjoyed by almost anyone! Oh - and the packaging! It's just WAY too cute!! It's called Candy Zoo, so the different flavors (different nuts) are packaged in zebra printed boxes, snow leopard, giraffe - It's literally CANDY ZOO!
This candy makes such a great gift. Everyone that I have ever given it to just RAVES over it and just one taste and you'll see why. Trisha began making this candy YEARS ago during the holidays (she can temper chocolate!! No easy feat!) and everyone loved it so much that she's now made it available to the masses. It's so good, that it's being carried by Neiman Marcus and various boutiques around the country, however; you can also order it directly from her website. It is such a high quality product, but the price is so reasonable!
The boxes are so cute, you can order different sizes and the candy is SO delicious that they make great stocking stuffers, corporate gifts, a way to say "I love you" to a homesick college student, a lovely hostess gift or simply just because you know your friend loves nuts, toffee, chocolate and animal print! Try it! You'll be SO glad you did and if you give it as a gift, the person on the receiving end will love you for it!! For more information, see www.candyzoo.com.
