These candies come in an orange box that has dark brown and light brown swirls to look like peanut butter and milk chocolate. Pictures of the candies are on the front and it shoes that some have only chocolate filling while others have only peanut butter filling by having a picture where it looks like a side was simply sliced from the piece of candy. The traditional "Reese's" logo is in yellow surrounded by brown. Then "pieces" is in yellow surrounded by brown.
Underneath that logo is "Peanut Butter candy in a crunch shell" is in orange surrounded by brown, then a white ampersand surrounded by brown is to the right of it . Then to the right of the ampersand is "Chocolate Candy in a crunchy shell" in yellow and surrounded in brown.
What the product promises:
The only promise on the box is that there are "2 great flavors in one box."
What the product offers:
The candies are small and round like M&Ms. There are 2 ½ servings in a 3.5 oz box. The candies come in different colors. The colors of the candies are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and brown. Reese's was smart by assigning certain colors to have certain flavors. It is not a random guess which flavor candy a person will get. The orange, yellow, and brown candies have peanut butter candy. The red, green, and blue candies have chocolate candy.
It is really nice that these candies can be eaten together to have a chocolate and peanut butter taste or they can be eaten separately to have the separate tastes. The fact that the flavors are known also would allow friends or siblings to evenly separate the candy or eat only the ones that they like.
Is it worth it?
As long as a 3.5 oz box is not more than $2, it is definitely worth it to buy this candy if this is the type of candy that is wanted.
Comments:
These candies can easily be used for decorations. They would also be good in cookies. The cookie batter could contain peanut butter or it could just be plain and the peanut butter taste could come from the candies. They may even be good in brownies and cakes.
