Heavenly Sword Walkthrough Part 6: Breaking into the Prison

After clearing all the enemies at the top of the stairs in Heavenly Sword, head over to the wheel beside the metal gate. Rapidly tap the X Button to raise it and go through to find another gate. Open that one as well and run up the stairs to make your start at the prison area. Enemies will start to stop from what appears to be the ceiling down to your level, so you know the plan. Take them down with power combos and counters and when you're all finished, you'll get a cut scene to watch.

Walk over to the ladder in Heavenly Sword and hit the X Button to knock it down to where you can climb it. Once you're at the top, walk to the lever and use it to unlock the doors located on the second floor. Before you run off to go see about that door, attack the orange gong beside the lever to open up the prison cell. In the first cell, take a shield from the crate and look for another orange gong in the distance. Throw your shield at it using the after touch system to for perfect accuracy and a new set of doors will be opened.

Run down the walkway in Heavenly Sword to find another crate packed with shields and take one. Use this shield to hit the gong located next to the second lever, and the door beside it will open up. Now, walk over to that lever and use it to open the first floor prison doors. Once you hit the first floor with your character, another cut scene will be triggered for you to watch.

Head down to the other side of the bridge and you'll find the Fire-Rocket weapon is on the other side. Make haste to get to it in Heavenly Sword and grab it, but before you start blasting away, make note that this beast of a gun only has 5 rounds for firing. Mass amounts of enemies will start charging to you, so blast away and you probably won't need the after touch system for this part.

Make haste for the double doors at the other end of the bridge once you've destroyed all your foes, and begin pummeling the enemies that are there. Use speedy power combos along with counters to quickly end this fight and look for the red pots at the top left and right of those pillars. Unfortunately, you can't reach them so you'll have to leave them for now and go to the large gate to continue your journey in Heavenly Sword.
