Every year we all make New Year's resolutions even when we know we will never keep them because we have never kept them in the past we will still make them anyway because, we're all hoping that every new year will be different, I think we just like the fact that it's a new year and a new beginning, and a fresh start to something new and as the months passes by we find ourselves in the same old boat, because, it's hard to stick to something when we really don't want to have any set rules on what we should and should not do in the first place, it's easy to just forget about them and keep our save old habits that makes us more comfortable. Here are some tips on keeping your New Year's resolutions.

1.) Start the year before on planing what you like to see happen differently in your life and start to improve on a lease two things at a time because, if you make to many new year's resolution it will be to hard to stick with to many things at once, and work really hard at it to accomplish your goal. You want to focus on those two things because, we have so many other thing in our lives to keep up with. If you've made to many new year's resolutions you're most likely going to only get one or two done anyways since most of us never stick to the ones we made lone enough if you stick to any at all.

2.) Next make a list of things you would like to follow through out the new year and keep that list out where you can see it so that it can keep reminding you of what you like to see happen because, if you just say things to yourself or tell someone what your new year's resolutions will be, as the new year begins and a few months have passed you'll have forgotten all about it so, write them down place them where you can see them often so you won't forget.

3.) Than start working on what's making you unhappy first because, when you're not happy you're not going to want to work on anything else first, so, figure out what you're not happen about maybe it's something that's been bothering you all year long it could be money, house, family, finances whatever, and try to make some changes to that first, and this will inspire you to move on to the next thing you like to change about your life.
