The new popularity for these types of shows provide prove that Celebrity Gossip is in high demand. The addition of other Celebrity Gossip magazines like Life & Style also show how much the genre has grown. Radio gossip is also so popular that radio programs install daily segments on what's new in entertainment. On 98.7 Kiss FM in New York, Journalist Rakia Mays has her daily Entertainment Report where she gives you up-to-the-minute daily reports on a wide range of pop culture icons from all genres including music, publishing, politics and more. Wendy Williams of New York's WBLS is famous for her love and the spreading of celebrity gossip and news. She gives daily doses of popular gossip and also gives blind items where she will tell you about some juicy drama but will leave out the names. She does this often and doesn't confirm or deny facts. It keeps her listeners in awe and keeps them listening.
