If a large bag of the candies is bought, they come in a 18.60oz bag. The bag is bright pink with a bit of a purple tone. On the front, the top word that is see is "Razzberry" and the Zs are bigger than the rest of the word and a bit funky. The word is just a bit lighter than the color the bag and it is outlined in brown with a drop shadow. Underneath that is the familiar brown oval with a white outline the white words "milk chocolate" and then underneath that is the m&m logo that is outlined in white and written in brown.
To the right of the word "razzberry" are the words "Limited Edition" written in yellow. Underneath the m&m's logo, it says, "Get Razzed!"
To the right of the m&m's logo, "Red" the m&m character is standing next to a raspberry made out of m&m's . There are even green leaves pictured on top of the raspberry.
The nutrition facts, ingredients, and some advertisements for m&m's is on the back of the package.
What the product promises:
There are no promises on the bag, but with all the pink tones and the raspberry made of m&m's it seems that there is a promise of raspberry flavor with the m&m's. The other thing is that Red says "This is berry cool."
What the product offers:
The candies are actually bigger than normal m&m's. They have a bigger diameter and are filled so that they are thicker. At first, consumers might wonder if there is a raspberry in the middle of each m&m.
When the package is opened, it does not smell like there is chocolate and raspberry. The m&m's are that pink color with a bit of a purple tone. All of them are that color. However, when an m&m is bitter or chewed, the candy coating crunches and the chocolate with the raspberry flavoring can be tasted very well. The m&m's do not leave a doubt that the fruit flavoring is supposed to be raspberry.
Is it worth it?
If these m&m's are bought in the large bag, they should not cost over $4. If they do happen to be sold in personal packages, they should not cost over $2. Otherwise they are not worth the money. However, they are worth trying.
