Jordin Sparks, winner of Fox's sixth season of American Idol, will release her new album on November 20, 2007. She is signed under the 19 Recordings/Jive Records label. She is the first past Idol winner or runner-up to sign up with the Zomba Label Group. Fantasia and Ruben Studdard have signed with RCA's Label Group J. Carrie Underwood and Taylor Hicks are with Arista. Kelly Clarkson, Chris Daughtry, Clay Aiken, and Katherine McPhee are with RCA. Jordin's new album will be a mix of pop rock and rhythm and blues.
Jordin Sparks has the voice and beauty of an angel. Will this album do her justice? I've heard mixed reviews about the single , "Tattoos", that is on this album. Some people really like the song and can't wait until the album is released. Others say that the lyrics aren't very good and some of the wording doesn't make sense. I say, buy her album, if you like her voice. Come up with your own conclusion. I will buy it because she is one of my favorite singers off American Idol.
Chris Daughtry is another one of my favorites off American Idol. He didn't need to win American Idol to be successful. He has such a unique style and singing voice. Everywhere you look and listen; Chris Daughtry is there. You can hear his songs all the time on the radio; such as "Over You", "Home", "It's Not Over", and "What I Want".
Clay Aiken is probably my favorite off American Idol. His voice gives me goose bumps every time I hear him sing. I like the songs on all of his albums; "Bridge Over Troubled Water, " Merry Christmas With Love", "Measure of a Man", and "A Thousand Different Ways". You really don't hear much about him now. I think he's doing a lot of 'goodwill ambassador" type work now.
Carrie Underwood has been the most successful since American Idol. She has come a long ways since she left the show. Just think, she was a Senior in college when she tried out for American Idol. Now she has songs playing on the radio constantly and everyone in the world knows who she is. Carrie Underwood has also won Country Music Association's, " Female Vocalist of the Year" Award, 2 years in a row. What if she hadn't gone to that American Idol Audition? Would she be where she is today?

Did not do as well as expected but things seem to be picking up. Love her song "tattoo" with Chris Brown.

I have already pre order Jordin from amazon but, will also get a copy or two from wal-mart for the extra tracks. I think she's a very special young lady.
