Review: HP Wireless Rechargeable Optical Mouse, Model # PP034AA
Last September, I purchased an HP rechargeable wireless optical mouse for my son-in-law's birthday. Needless to say, he was like a kid with a new toy. He absolutely loves that mouse. Prior to the cordless mouse, he had to constantly tug and pull at the mouse that came with the computer. There isn't
a lot of room on the computer table, so the CPU is sitting off to the side on a little stand. Prior to the cordless mouse, the corded mouse just didn't reach far enough to make it comfortable to use.
The HP wireless rechargeable optical mouse is easy to install. My son-in-law had it installed in just a couple of minutes. I've used his computer a few times and I found this cordless mouse to be fantastic. I like it so well that I plan to get one for myself soon. I have an HP optical mouse with the cord, so for Christmas I will treat myself to a cordless one just like the one featured in this review. What I like about it is that the charger plugs into the USB port and you have a constant power source. You don't have to replace batteries, like you would with a conventional cordless mouse without the charger.
If you go to Wal-Mart and you can't find this mouse, just ask someone in electronics. I didn't even know exactly what I was looking for when I went, and a department manager helped me find the best rechargeable mouse for the least cost to me. If you prefer, you can purchase this same mouse online through http://www.walmart.com.
This mouse is great and keeps a charge even if you should happen to forget to put it back on the charger at night. It is light weight and fits well in the hand. It works in any computer from Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME and Windows XP. I bought this mouse at Wal-Mart for just under $25. You can get it online also, but depending on where you shop, I think you would pay around $30 plus shipping if you buy online.
