Trying acupressure for ten minutes can reduce fibroids and heal the body from fibroids. Stimulating particular acupressure points can help to reduce fibroids. Applying acupressure involves sitting in a chair and moving your thumb clockwise for about a minute in the various areas of the body. An easy alternative treatment to reduce fibroids is to avoid eating foods that increases the levels of estrogen such as red meat, poultry, dairy products, sweets, caffeine, alcohol, and other types of food that can cause estrogen levels to increase. Eating lots of fiber and soy products can work to reduce estrogen levels and therefore, reduce fibroids. Magnesium can work wonders for the muscles by providing stimulation to the muscle tissues strengthening the muscles. Take 1,000 to 1,500 mgs of magnesium a day to help reduce the fibroids.
