Not Just for Brown Bagging it Anymore
Do you remember as a child brown bagging your lunch to school every day, except on pizza day?Nowadays paper bags do not get a great deal of use from us.
Plastic has taken over. In fact, now, when I take my lunch to work it is typically in a Tupperware container, inside a plastic bag.
Paper bags are no longer for lunch anymore.
Does that mean they no longer have uses? Absolutely not! In fact, my sister purchased over five hundred of them one year and they are what she decorates and gives homemade food items in every year. (Even doling out some to family members, she still has over three hundred.)
What other uses can paper bags have?

Herbs! Dry herbs inside a bag. The darkness keeps the herbs tastier and more flavorful, as light can harm flavor. The closed bag keeps them dust free as well out of a pet's curiosity.

Fill the vase with pieces from a torn bag, add water, and leave it to soak overnight. In the morning, dump out the paper to reveal a clean shiny vase.
