This black belt academy strives to help every student become the best person they can be. They instruct students in Tae Kwon Do, Self-Defense and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). I have been a student at this academy for over a month now, and am learning the art of Tae Kwon Do. They have an all around learning experience which includes physical and mental health.

The Dojang is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a store front where you can buy anything you need such as blockers, sparring equipment, focus mats, and more.

Children learn important skills that will help them for life - how to deal with bullies, self-defense, discipline, confidence, and more.

Every student must write down a personal goal and work to achieve that goal. Practicing at home is very important to get the most out of the training. The instructors are well qualified and well trained. They care about the students and help them achieve physical and emotional strength.

The Little Ninjas class is for children ages 4-6. The Little Ninjas class introduces these energetic children to the arts of Tae Kwon Do through fun instruction that includes fitness, commitment, discipline, coordination, and respect training. It not only can improve a child's outlook on overall health, it can help kids become more well behaved at home and in school.

The Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes include training in grappling, kickboxing and a great workout. This is the perfect program for anyone who loves The Ultimate Fighter and wants to train as one in a safe environment.
