Bath and Body Works Temptations Twisted Peppermint 3 in 1 - Review

I fell in love with Bath and Body Works Twisted Peppermint Body Lotion and it was no surprise that I would run out and purchase it's sister 3 in 1 bath gel. 3 in 1's by Temptations are basically what introduced me into the world of delicious candy/food scented body products. Since then it's been an obsession.

Temptations Twisted Peppermint is a winter/holiday scent that Bath and Body Works only puts on their shelves during the winter months. So if you plan on buying it, buy it now before it is gone. You may have to wait an entire year to see it on shelves again...that is, if they actually release it again.

Twisted Peppermint 3 in 1 comes in a large 16 ounce bottle, or a smaller 6 ounce bottle (which can be found in a trio set, that includes 3 different holiday scents).

I purchased the trio and Twisted Peppermint was included as a 6 ounce bottle. The smaller 6 ouncer comes in the same bottle that the larger 16 ounce gel comes in. The bottle is white, and has a drawn on photo of a peppermint on it. The bottle itself reminds me of Christmas.

Scent:

There is no other way to describe it. Twisted Peppermint smells 100% like a real candy cane. It is as if the wonder workers over at the Temptations lab squeezed the juices from a candy cane and bottled it up. The scent is gorgeous, realistic, and it gives you that holly jolly ho ho ho feeling.

What Is a 3 in 1?

A 3 in 1 is pretty self explanatory. It is a bubble bath, a shampoo, and a body wash in 1. Before I review a product I always test all 3 uses out.

Bubble Bath:

I have never been 100% satisfied with Temptations 3 in 1's when used as a bubble bath, but for a complete review one must try it before they knock it.

Twisted Peppermint did exactly as I knew it would. It created only a small stream of bubbles that did not last very long at all. The bath water however had a gorgeous candy cane scent that I loved. Soaking in the water will leave your skin smelling like a candy cane, so it does have a major plus. I find that soaking in the 3 in 1 leaves my skin smelling like candy canes longer than it does if I were to just use it as a body wash.

Overall I would give Twisted Peppermint a 3 out of 5 stars when used as a bubble bath.

Body Wash:
