Love handles, jelly rolls, belly fat, back rolls - all of these terms can be used to describe waist weight. This is one of the most difficult areas to lose weight in, and where many seem to carry an excess of weight. So, how do you lose waist weight?

How and where we carry excess weight is directly linked to certain types of diseases we may be prone to. Proof? Consider the following:

"If you carry fat mainly around your waist, you are more likely to develop health problems than if you carry fat mainly in your hips and thighs.... Ways to Lose Waist Weight

Cardio Weight Loss: One of the best ways to lose weight from your waist is to lose it overall. High-aerobic exercises like biking, running and cycling are excellent ways to lose overall body weight - and lose waist weight as well.
