While The Price is Right will never be the same show now that Drew Carey has taken over for Bob Barker, that doesn't mean it can't still be one of the best game shows on television.

That's because the core of the show is its large variety of highly entertaining pricing games that make each show a fresh and exciting experience for audiences and contestants alike.

Here are my picks for the top ten best pricing games in the history of TV Guide's "Best Game Show of All-Time," which debuted in 1956:

10. Super Ball-

Pricing games that involve carnival-style games are always exciting, and this take on skee ball was no exception. Contestants in this unfortunately-retired game were given two possible choices to pick from in order to determine the right price of a prize and were given one skee ball representing each correct price they picked.

The contestant would then roll the ball up the ramp and into the skee ball-style rings with hopes of getting the ball in the center to win the prize. Once these balls were all thrown, they were then given one final "super ball" for one last chance to win the prizes they failed to acquire earlier.

The difficulty of this game combined with contestants' nerves led to some funny moments. Luckily, Bob Barker was always there to demonstrate how to get the job done right with a practice shot.

9. The Clock Game-

As if simply being on The Price is Right wasn't already tense enough, this old stalwart pits contestants' pricing knowledge against a running clock, giving them a mere 30 seconds to guess the right price of two different prizes while the host tells them whether they need to bid higher or lower after every guess.

You'd be surprised how often common sense goes out the window when there's a clock ticking in the background and a huge audiences hanging on your every word while feverishly shouting prices over top of each other. Bloopers and acts of foolishness are commonplace in this game.

8. The Dice Game-
