There is hazard, there is danger, and then there is common sense. Most of these toys are truly hazardous, while a couple of them simply bring up common safety issues when it comes to kids toys. For example, any toy that you jump on like a pogo stick or a trampoline poses safety concerns. Also, parents have always had to decide whether or not to allow "weapon" type toys like swords in the house.
10 Most Dangerous Toys According to WATCH
According to WATCH, as published on their web site, www.toysafety.org, these are the 10 worst children's toys being sold and advertised for the 2007 holiday season. If you have already purchased any of these toys, in your early holiday shopping, return them to the store. The store should allow you a refund or an exchange within their normal exchange policies. If the retailer is giving you trouble, cite and refer the, the the WATCH web site, www.toysafety.org.

#1 Worst Toy from www.toysafety.org: AquaDots
Toy for Children Age 4+
AquaDots made by Spin Master has already caused two children to slip into comas after swallowing the Aqua Dots toy beads because they are coated with toxic chemicals. Aqua Dots were made in China.
AquaDots has also been recalled, and you should return it immediately if you have this child's toy in the house.
This toy is definitely one of the most dangerous to hit the store shelves.
