When Thanksgiving or Christmas has passed, we now all ponder what to do with our precious leftovers. Nothing is tastier than a delicious Cheesy Turkey Stuffing Burger a day or two after the holiday rush. This simple recipe is sure to please everyone from your youngest child to your oldest grandmother. With a five minute prep time, and a ten minute cook time you can satisfy even the hungriest person in just 15 minutes flat. With a little creativity you can take your leftovers and make them into a fresh inventive meal to feed your family. This recipe can easily be altered to make Cheesy Southwestern Turkey Burgers, or Cheesy Bacon Turkey Burgers. Alternately when this recipe is made, the cheese can be exchanged for a spicy jack cheese for a little kick, or replaced with your own favorite fromage! (Thats French for cheese)

Turkey Stuffing Burger Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups stuffing

1 ½ cups Turkey cut into small cubes

1 Green onion chopped

1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic

One beaten egg

1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

Olive oil or cooking spray to coat the skillet

4-5 Hamburger buns or rolls of your choice
