What about a neighbor that you believe has been stalking your little sister or mother, and has repeatedly tresspassed on your property and is now tapping at windows trying to sttract someone to their windows? This offender has also been commiting the same act on other neighbors houses and tapping on their little daughters windows. Would I be in the legal right to file a restraining order against him?

What about a order against a ex-wife of my husband. My husbands ex-wife Shauna Claypool Rios is a deputy with the Jefferson County KY Sheriffs office. She has abused her position to stalk us, find us when moving, find out our unlsited phone nr when we tried to hide from her. She had him fired from jobs and arrested for non-support before he can file unemployment. She was adopted from Columbia as a child and is dangerous, she doesn;t stop with me, she treated my 3 kids and tried to have my father in law fired who works for the city for 20 years. I am afrait of her for my safety and the safety of my 3 kids.
