Do you believe in ghosts? Apparitions and paranormal activity is reported every day in every corner of the world; here are the stories of five locations in Oklahoma that have had their share of the unexplained.

McCurtain County, Idabel, Oklahoma

At the Kulli Tukilo Methodist Church, many have claimed that they heard singing coming from inside of the church during late hours when the doors were closed and locked. Some have also reported hearing the church bell ring in the middle of the night and some have claimed they saw misty, dark apparitions outside of the church.

Muskogee County, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma

At the Queen Ann Bed and Breakfast, many guests have reported hearing phantom voices and muffled conversations. Many have claimed they were tapped on the shoulder, their hair was stroked or pulled and unseen hands tugged on their clothing. During the night, many patrons have also reported that they heard footsteps going up and down the stairs, walking in the hallway or in their rooms. Several visitors have said that personal objects have gone missing during the night only to reappear in another spot in their room. A few guests were even awakened by their bed shaking or the feeling that someone sat down on the end or the side of the bed; leaving an impression on the blankets but still no person could be seen.

Payne County, Stillwater, Oklahoma

Inside of the Alpha Gamma Rho Frat House, members have reported that the water faucets have a habit of turning themselves on. Apparently this has happened several times and has even caused overflowing onto the floors while everyone was sleeping. Some of the other occurrences reported in this house include: lights that come on in the middle of the night, tapping sounds that seem to come from all around and loud knocks on the walls.

Pottawatomie County, Shawnee, Oklahoma
