Inspired by a lot of good and bad things that go on in this world, I decided to start a pay it forward chain book and teach others how to do this also. The pay it forward chain book is a book of events that take place once you do a good deed. The good deed can be anything small or big; it doesn't even have to cost you anything. The good thing about a pay it forward chain book is that you can do it as many times as you want and even keep it within your family members.

How does this work? Simple, you find someone that you can help by cleaning their house, purchasing groceries, walking their dog, or anything else that you have found interesting that could help this person. Once you have helped this person, you give them a notebook with your name and address in it and ask that they read the directions inside.

The directions are simple and should go something like this; my name is Rosa and I am on a mission to find as many people as I can to pay it forward. I will be documenting this project to see how many lives I can touch by doing one simple thing for someone. All that I ask is that you fill out your good deed and pass the book on to the next person. Once the book is filled, please return it to my address.

The goal is to reach as many people as you can and touch as many lives as possible. People have done this before and have amazed at the results and where all their pay it forward chain book has been.

Once you have the book returned to you, you can take a look at all the good deeds that people have done for one another and take a look at the big accomplishment that you have created just by doing one small deed for someone other than yourself.

If you want to see how well this project does by taking it for a test drive, start with members in your family first and ask them to do one good deed for someone in the family and to keep passing it on.

Once you see how the pay it forward project makes everyone's lives a little bit better, you can move on to helping a complete stranger or someone like a church member and ask them to pay it forward and log it into the pay it forward chain book.

What an awesome thing to do. This sounds like something I could do, especially the huge family and amount of friends that we have, this would be great. Wow, I love this. Thanks
