Smiley's Microwaveable Cheeseburger - Food Review
Can a Dollar Buy You a Tasty Microwaveable Cheeseburger?
I had a full schedule on Friday. After dropping the girls off from school, I had shopping and cleaning to do not to mention several errands that needed to be done before school let out half past three. A quick trip to Walgreens and the knowledge that my cupboards were as bare as Old Mother Hubbard'sI readily admit that I enjoy my McDonald's and Burger King occasionally, but we decided to limit our fast food meals to once a month or less to encourage healthy eating in our home and also to shave money off our food budget. I can't remember when the last time I enjoyed an unhealthy but tasty fast food cheeseburger, so the picture on the box of Smiley's Microwaveable Cheeseburger had me at hello. The picture on the box makes the burger almost too tempting to resist for us deprived fast food lovers who have made the responsible decision to limit the amount of greasy but delicious burgers and fries.
The children weren't present to remind me of our family's healthier eating plan and I was craving a salty meal for lunch so into my cart went Smiley's Microwaveable Cheeseburger. I had never had a microwaveable cheeseburger although I had seen them in my grocery stores and they didn't look too bad. Besides the tempting picture on the box, this lunch would cost me only a dollar.
After returning home and putting my purchases of the day in their proper places, I looked at the clock and realized I needed to eat lunch now to be able to finish my errands and chores for the day before it was time to pick up my daughters. I took the Smiley's Microwaveable Cheeseburger out of the refrigerator and read the directions.
