Restaurant Review: Applebee's in Greeley, Colorado
Because this restaurant is located near so many other businesses, the location is very convenient. You can get to this restaurant without much trouble, and take care of other errands without going too far out of your way.
Although the Applebee's in Greeley looks like every other Applebee's, it isn't the same as the others. The atmosphere here is consistently fun and upbeat. It can be a bit noisy at times, but not to an annoying degree.
The menu choices at this Applebee's are the same as at others: good 'American' food, like burgers and chicken. With the plentiful offerings of traditional fare, everyone can find something they like from this menu.
My absolute favorite part of going to this Applebee's is the fiesta lime chicken. It is a dish flavored with lime, tequila, cheese and the right amount of spices. I love this dish so much I order it every time I eat here. I have ordered it at other locations and it isn't always as good as it is in Greeley, so maybe this location has some great chefs. Their appetizers and desserts are quite tasty too.
This Applebee's also has a good selection of beverages, especially if you like beer. The only drawback to their beverage menu is they are contracted with Pepsi, and I strongly prefer Coke products because I think Pepsi is disgusting.
Pricing at Applebee's is quite fair. The entrees seem to be between $10 and $20. A person could eat dinner here and receive great quality food without breaking the bank. Even the desserts and appetizers are priced reasonably.
Every time I have gone to this Applebee's, I have received good service. During the week the restaurant is usually quiet, which helps, but even on busy weekends the servers are all fast and friendly.
Even during busy times, the hosts and hostesses try to open the doors for patrons as they arrive and leave. This isn't something every restaurant does and it is a nice touch.
