America's Next Top Model: Is Heather Going Home This Week!?

I've been a fan of America's Next Top Model since the show first hit cable. I fell in love with Tyra, and I even adored Janice being on the show! Where the heck have you gone Janice!?

Anyhow, with each season I fall in love with one particular model. This season my admiration goes to Heather. The quirky, beautiful contestant who has Asperger's syndrome, which basically makes her come off as extremely awkward and 'off' when it comes to social situations.

It seems that the syndrome is beginning to take its toll on her. Last week Heather actually broke down and flunked out when it came to saying a 2 sentence line on stage during a challenge.

To be honest, as a viewer I thought that the judges were going to eliminate her...even though she is voted as a favorite amongst viewers.

Heather has consistently taken great photos, and done really well on challenges, but it seems that last week she took a turn for the worst. After watching the show it also appears that her stroke of bad luck is yet to be over.

At the end of the show we all got a sneak peek at next weeks show, and it seems that Heather and the rest of the models will be given another verbal challenge. From what I saw, it looked as if Heather once again screwed up her lines.

I'm really crossing my fingers for her, I thought from the get go that Heather would be one of the final two's. After last weeks sneak peek, I'm not so sure anymore.

Heather's competition has really amped things up this past week. We saw Chantal bring it up a notch for a change, we watched Bianca shine like a devious star during the photo shoot, and we cheered when Saleisha won the challenge (she can work that Moe hair cut). Then we watched Heather take a fall, we watched her flunk out on a verbal during a run way challenge, and we wanted to cry when we watched as she barely even tried during the photo shoot. She appeared afraid, sad, and awkward.
