Most couple get married believing that their marriage will last a lifetime. However, in today's society that is not always the case, since some marriages are sabotaged by cheating spouses. Intuition is often a key tool for a spouse that suspects that their mate is seeking comfort in the arms of another outside of the home. In addition to that gut feeling you are experiencing there are other ways to tell if your spouse is indeed committing adultery. Spotting a spouse that is cheating begins by paying attention to those ever so small tell, tell signs that they give you.

How your spouse interacts with you emotionally is a sign that you can use to determine whether or not your spouse is sharing intimate moments with someone else. Has your spouse become more intimate and affectionate towards you? Or is your spouse seem distant and distracted when you become intimate or affectionate towards them? If your spouse dose seem like a different person then they were in the past, then this is a signal that your spouse is no longer emotionally invested in the relationship.

Your spouses work habits can also be used to determine if your spouse is having an affair. If your spouse has stuck to the same routine for years and then all of a sudden changes start taking place in your spouses daily routine, odds are, that something other than work is consuming your spouses time. This is particularly true if your spouse starts telling you that their job now requires them to travel out of town.

Once you know how to tell if your spouse is cheating, you will be able to spot a cheater a mile away. Cheating spouses will often adopt noticeable behavioral patterns when they are thinking about, or are already having an affair. Knowing what signs to look for will help you understand what's really going on in your marriage.

In my book if my spouse isn't completely committed to me he's out....no second chances, no slip ups, no excuses

And the word you were looking for was 'tell-tale,' not "tell, tell" signs ... signs that 'hint at the true story.'

A large percentage of illnesses are actually caused by belief in the symptoms. I have a scar on my right thumb. Though *I* know it's from a deep cut I had there months ago, and I *know* I've been keeping it clean; it looks like a leper's spot, so I might begin to fear I have leprosy. You know there's no such thing as "leprosy"--that it's just an affliction of the mind that refuses to be cleaned--just as I know there's no such thing as 'a cheater.' The only person any spouse is truly committed to is himself. No matter what the spouse claims, it's ALWAYS the partner's responsibility to KEEP ON winning them!
