Stop DCF: Protect Your Rights
Have you ever had DCF or CPS show up at your house? Have your children been taken or threatened by them? Many have had them taken and it is not a good thing for the children. They are taking children all over the U. S.All it takes is for you to anger someone. Children are being taken just because there mom didn't take out the trash or do the dishes. You say that won't happen, if it does so what? It can and DOES happen every day. Getting them home again is not an easy thing to do.
I have had to fight for my own children to be returned home. I assist others everyday for thier children to be returned. I am writing this in hopes that one person reads this and learns what to do and what not to do. It may save their children. Look on the internet to see the stories of hundred of thousands of sites trying to stop these people.
What I have seen the best defense is knowing you rights . Parents you DO have rights.
You have the right to refuse entry into your home. The only way they have a right to be in your home is thru a warrant. Demand to see one and if they don't have one, refuse entry.
Don't let them speak with your children. They need a warrant to speak with them.They will go to their schools to try and talk with them with out your presence. You will need to file a reverse Miranda with the school to prevent this.
Do not sign anything they put infront of you. If you are bullied into signing anything, write in pen "signed under duress" and then sign your name in pen over top.
Do not speak with these people at all. If you do let them talk they will try tp convince you they are there to help you. A sense of security that they truly care about the well-being of your family.
Consider a moment just where the children are placed when they are removed. In some foster homes the children are being beaten, molested and some have met their death. This is happening everwhere. It is not getting any better until we as parents take a stand stopping this from happening.

just a lonely mother,who got robbed by the system 8 yrs ago,my girl is 8 an x sister in law has her and will not let me see her
8 years i have been suffering.have'nt done any thing wrong just pissed off a nurse at the hosp.don't know my rights.i am 48 yrs old now
what do i do with my life?my baby is 8 i missed out on that much time but will i live long enough to see her when she is eighteen?god help me

after eight years ,i dont think anything will help.my baby was taken from the hosp,but i will keep on hopeing i will see her again.i have never been in trouble no record of any sort 39 yrs old at the time .they turned me in to a monster according to they're paperwork.i was just a single mother.who pissed off a young nurse whom had no children.imagine that .i guess i was supposed to be relly overweight with strech marks.pissed her off .so she pissed me off long story. and then i did the same she called cps.end of story

Anyone who wants there story posted please contact me . I am now working on personal stories. And steve i also fought florida . they are horrid. but i won . After i learned my rights nad fought for them . Now i help familes fighting them . It is all in the paperwork . Dec of facts objections and corrections , Motion to reconsider . And always file a copt of your constition with everything . And fight dont back down no matter what . You are so crrect is is the almighty dollar is all it is . And sandri i kept my public pretender but i done all my own paperwork and he didnt argue with me ,. and theu what i have learned and keep learning . I am getting other children returned. Many times saving them from being taken if i meet the parents soon enough . Youll keep coming back i am going to be doing more on the truth . and the communism that exist in our own Country ..
