You made it through another Thanksgiving. You made it up in time to catch most of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Your family showed up safely for dinner, and your sweet potato pie was a hit. You even managed to watch the Dallas Cowboys win the Thanksgiving Day football game, before falling asleep to take a short nap. (Of course, you woke up to find out that your pants were unbuttoned the whole time and at least three people noticed.)

So now what? You've got all kinds of leftovers. You bought and prepared a 22 pound turkey (you have no idea why). 21 pounds are still left. The cranberry salad barely went touched. You made some sort of fruit salad with apples that you forgot to serve in all the commotion. The mashed potatoes, what were you thinking? You must have forgotten the milk.

Here are ten creative ideas for what to do with your leftover turkey and other stuff...

1. Turkey salad. Instead of just warming up turkey or making turkey sandwiches, go the next mile. Grab your mayonnaise and mix it in with the turkey, after you cut the turkey into small pieces. Try adding some ground up pieces of apple in the mix for added flavor.

2. Cranberry fruit smoothie. Put that cranberry salad into the blender and make it into a fruit smoothie for your breakfast. Or just as a snack or dessert for upcoming evenings.

3. Cranberry salad salad. Use the cranberry salad you made for Thanksgiving Day and put it on top of your favorite lettuce instead of using dressing. If you haven't already added oranges to your cranberry salad, add it to this recipe. Mandarin oranges are a great choice.

4. Dinner roll croutons. Unused dinner rolls? Make them into croutons. Let the bread sit out overnight, and then dice into squares and use on top of your cranberry salad salad.

5. Turkey noodle soup. Take a package of dried noodle soup out of your cupboard, and serve it up in the pan! Add small pieces of turkey to the soup once it's prepared.
