Kegel Exercises for Men: Improve the Male Orgasm

About the PC muscle

The PC muscle is part of the pelvic floor, and you can infer from the full name – pubococcygeus - that it runs from the pubic bone to the coccyx. Because our muscles work in concert, there is interplay among this PC muscle, the anal sphincter (which essentially keeps your anus “closed”), and the cremaster muscle (which helps lift or drop the testicles based on temperature). By toning up and strengthening these muscles with Kegel exercises, you can safely experiment with improving the feeling of the male orgasm.

I lived in Europe for a while and many guys there already knew about Kegel exercise. Someone there told me about getting a "KegelPad" which I did and it really helps make the exercise more effective. Get one, use it, and be diligent about it and you'll see the results.

ive been doing them intentionally for about a year and my PC's were way strong before that from coughing (flexes when you cough, reason why my wang jumps when i do cough)...its great just contract before you release and repeat over and over like riding a wave then just BOOM, make sure there is nothing of value in front of you otherwise you got a big cleanup ahead of you
