Looking back on what I used to enjoy as a kid is fun sometimes. There were a lot of neat toys and electronics that I used to play with when I was younger. I used to have plenty of wrestling figures, baseballs, racecars. and telescopes. Every Christmas would mark a time in which I would ask my parents for a new telescope. This did not mean that I always got one, but it was always worth the effort. Here is a quick review of Meade's latest invention.

Most people would call me a star gazer who would always ask my parents what this was and what that was. They would of course make up information because they did not know much about space either. If I only had the latest piece of telescope technology to come out early last week, I may of known it all. A company called mySKY is releasing a telescope that will guide you on your star gazing adventures. You will no longer need to ask your parents what everything is, as this little gadget will tell you more information than you might ever want to know.

Meade's mySKY Personal Guide is going to be quite the hit this upcoming year. A close look at the mySKY tool shows a high tech gadget that can aid you in taking part in galactic gazing. Some of the main features of this device is that it contains 30,000 unique items that the guide can personally identify up in the sky. All you have to do is point the tool up towards the sky and let it do all the work. Listen as you are given nearly 500 audio descriptions of some of the things that you are looking at. You are kept informed so that it feels like you are always learning while playing with this toy.

Another awesome added bonus is that the mySKY Personal Guide has a built in GPS receiver. You can now pick up several GPS signals that might come into the surrounding area. Like anything that is this damn cool, it is going to cost you a pretty piece of change. Meade has the product currently planned to be released at a cost of $399.00. Some of us might think this is quite expensive. Others will remember all the fun we had doing astronomy as a kid and might jump at owning one of these personal guide tools.
