Our society is becoming increasingly lazy. All you have to do is look at how obese the public is to know how lazy we have become. More and more people are spending all of their spare time sitting before a computer or television screen and not spending enough time walking and getting exercise. When we do go outside, we rely automobiles, automatic bicycles, and even Segways to get around town. Roller blades were one of the very first inventions that made it easier to get around. At least we received exercise while using them in the past. However, it appears even roller blades are going automatic. Let us take a look at the new product called iShoes.

Ishoes are similar to roller blades in quite a few ways. They are simple contraptions that look like shoes and have wheels attached to the bottom of them. The main difference between roller blades and ishoes is that the ishoes has a small electric-powered engine built in it. What the engine allows you to do is stop all the leg work you used to do. All you have to do is slap the device on and let it do all of the dirty work.

This is how they work. What you do is take each iShoes and place them onto the bottom of your shoe. The contraption easily connects and disconnects from your shoe, making the iShoe very practical and portable. They can reach speeds up to 15 miles per hour. That is not a bad speed to be able to go. Also, one charge of the batteries will give you five to seven miles of distance. I guess you can call that one of the negatives of this product. Similar products like the Segway can get you twenty-eight miles per charge.

The fact that these electronic skates can easily attach to your shoes makes them very portable. this can help eliminate the risk of getting them stolen because they will always be in your possession. Unlike the Segway, you also will feel a little more normal because the electronic skates look so much roller blades. If you have ever seen someone using a Segway on the street, you know what I am talking about when I say that the riders always look out of place.
