Most importantly, limit your intake of processed sugars, by reducing the amount of cookies, cakes, candy and other sweets that you eat.

Exercise is important for anyone who wants to maintain a healthy body. In order to naturally prevent diabetes, maintaining a healthy body is very important. Including a regular exercise regimen into your schedule is a great way for you to stay fit, and ultimately, prevent diabetes from developing. A cardio workout that you take part in at least three days a week for twenty to thirty minutes a day is sufficient if you want to stay fit. Exercise can play a huge role in naturally preventing diabetes.
