Iced Vanilla Cappuccino
If you’ve never had iced cappuccino, you’re in for a real treat. Iced coffee sounds disgusting to some, but iced cappuccino is actually very tasty, rich, and highly refreshing. To make a large glass of iced vanilla cappuccino you’ll need eight ice cubes, eight tablespoons of heavy cream, one and one-half cups of cold water, four teaspoons of granulated sugar, two teaspoons of instant coffee, and two teaspoons of vanilla extract. Place all ingredients in a blender, and liquify. Pour this delicious vanilla treat into a tall glass and enjoy.
Mint Coffee
Mints are refreshing and crisp, and when mint is combined with coffee it’s simply delicious. You can stir up a cup of homemade mint coffee that will tempt your senses. Simply combine one-half cup of nondairy creamer, two-thirds cups of sugar, one-half cup of instant coffee, four tablespoons of baking cocoa, and four peppermint candies in a blender. Process the mixture until the mints are chopped into fine bits. Add one tablespoon to a cup of hot water, more or less if desired, and savor the flavor.
