This article was designed to compare and contrast the opinions of two people who have eaten at Grand City Grille. Grand City Grille is located 432 W. Congress, Detroit, MI, 48203. Both of the consumers ordered the Chicken Pops. This appetizer is made of chicken, of course, with a special sauce that has a delicious flavor, containing the Rockin Rye Soda by Faygo. The two customers were given the same survey while there answers were shockingly surprising. The survey consist

of 10 questions that rate and discuss different services the restaurant provided. Questions 1-5 ask the consumers to rate a specific item or service on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 for exceptional and 1 for the worst. 1 through 5 was listed orderly as The food, The hostess, Your server, The restaurants ambiance, and your overall experience. Number 6 asked, “Did you feel there was or was not enough room?” The 7th question asked,”How many were in your party?” The 8th question was “Would you return to Grand City Grille”. The 9th question asked, “Was this your first time here?” The last question asks the consumer if they had any comments. Consumer #1 was an African American male, 30 years of age. He ordered the Chicken pops as an appetizer, and lemonade. Consumer #1 had become a regular visitor, while Chicken pops was something he was ordering for the first time.

Consumer #1 was seated 4 seats behind consumer #2. Consumer #1 rated the categories, Food-7, Hostess-9, Your server-4, ambiance-10, rating his overall experience as a 6. He felt that the restaurant was beautiful and roomy for him and his wife. He suggested that he would return to Grand City Grille, yet he would never order the Chicken Pops again. In his open comment, he stated that his “waitress was terrible and had a very nasty attitude, so I did not tip Kiesha!”
