Before you can put up an ad, you will want to find an affiliate program that you can promote. You'll want to promote the exact or similar product as the revenue keyword that you've found.

Soon you will be getting several clicks on your ad, and often times, if you've done it right you will make a pretty good amount of sales. Soon after the traffic to that ad will die down. That doesn't mean you have to delete it. Leave it there if it's profitable.
