How to Throw a Bangin' New Years Eve Party!
When you're deciding what kinds of appetizers to choose, the first rule of thumb is to consider how many guests are attending the party. A typical party may have four or five appetizers and finger foods per person. But considering the time and duration of a New Years Eve party, it is appropriate to have around twelve to fifteen appetizers per person. There is a lot of drinking involved and the lack of substantial food will require more appetizers. If you're hosting a large number of people, consider having at least five different types of appetizers, like finger sandwiches, dips, or some meat and cheese, so your guests are entertained and satisfied. But is it important to serve the appropriate appetizer to match the set-up of the party.
