Nowadays, blogging activity has becoming a very fun activity for most Indonesian bloggers. Though by using English most Indonesian can create their own blog, we are very thankful for such blog provider such as Wordpress and Blogspot who provide their service with Indonesian language. Their efforts to please users are very helpful for people who can not understand English. More over, Indonesian blogger now can be very proud for we have our official blogger day; it was on October 27th, which made us so busy, because the next day, we also celebrate the language and literature day. You can click this link to see the official site of Indonesian blogger party.
Now, let me show you how Indonesian blogger put their response to every comment(s) written in their blogs.
From my experience and through visiting several blogs, I can see that there are at least four ways used to response comment(s). Firstly, bloggers put their respond below each comment. I think this is one of a good way to give response. And it can also show the pattern of the adjacency pairs shown through comments-response. And it seems this is the common way for most Indonesian bloggers.
Secondly, this is the way I give response to my visitor's comment. Long ago, I usually send my response through e-mail. This uncommon way also gives some benefit. You can have some good friend as they read your e-mail on their inbox. But the weakness is, if the visitor didn't leave their e-mail address, or decided not to write their correct e-mail address, I can not send them my response. And as other visitor comes in, they will think that we didn't treat our visitor right, because they think we never put response to every comment.
The other way, as I saw Arif Kurniawan blogs, is to put response by using our visitor's comment box. Before approving every comment, he used the editing option and put his respond under the comment. He wrote his respond with italic, so we can understand that it was his respond. But in several blogs, such as SABDA Space (this is an Indonesian Christian Bloggers Community), users can not use this way.
