Let\'s face it stress is one of the worst possible things that can stop us cold in our tracks, and this is something we do not need ever especially during the Christmas season. These special holiday stress relievers will help you have the best Christmas season possible.

If you are a person who bakes a lot for the Christmas season, consider baking less , and supplementing some store bought goods or delegate a few jobs, ask your children or a friend too help bake.

Head down to your local spa get yourself a pedicure, a manicure, a facial, or the whole works. You were worth it look at everything you do for everybody else during the year. It is time treat yourself and spending a day being pampered is an excellent way of relieving stress. It is a wonderful Christmas gift for yourself.

Another great stress reliever is to sit down and do a Christmas jigsaw puzzle. Go ahead and grab your self a nice puzzle, spread it out on the dining room table and put in a few pieces whenever you\'re feeling very stressed. A jigsaw puzzle can double as a pitcher for the wall when it is complete.

Go to your local Walden books or other neighborhood bookstore in get a nice novel by your favorite author or buy a new author that you might enjoy. As we, all know reading is a great way to relax and let go of the worries of the day.

If you are one of those people, who must always give to others one-way to relax and still give to others is to offer to read to the children. Call up your local library, and ask when they have story hour, volunteer to go in and read a few books for the children who come in. The children will love to have someone new reading them a book.
