Another great stress reliever is to sit down and do a Christmas jigsaw puzzle. Go ahead and grab your self a nice puzzle, spread it out on the dining room table and put in a few pieces whenever you\'re feeling very stressed. A jigsaw puzzle can double as a pitcher for the wall when it is complete.
