Willow Creek is a large church in the Chicago area that welcomes people of all denominations. The Christmas services at Willow Creek are an excellent way to experience the spirituality of Christmas.

Willow Creek has experienced phenomenal growth since its inception in the 1970's. Willow Creek celebrates Christmas in a big way every year Thousands of people attend each service. Willow Creek's main campus is in located in Barrington, Illinois, about 30 miles northwest of the City of Chicago.

Imagine Christmas, From the Beginning, is the theme of this year's holiday event. The worship service promises to be extravagantly entertaining, with music, dancing and dramatic illustration. Willow Creek has a history of using short skits to illustrate their message.

Imagine Christmas is described as a multimedia event with Cirque du Soleil-style staging and engaging narrative to retell the Christmas story like never before. A light hearted pre-service performance promises to delight people of all ages, while preparing them for the 90 minute program.

Last year''s Imagine Christmas performance drew an audience of more than 70,000 people from throughout the Chicagoland area. This years
s production promises to delve deeper into the birth of Jesus. The timeless story is told in a dazzling, theatrical style.

Imagine Christmas is more than a theatrical event, is is a chance to give back. The program is free, but attendees will be given the opportunity to contribute to Willow Creek's Year End Fund which supports a number of causes, including the battle against AIDS and global poverty.

I've seen this program duplicated in some of their associate Churches, but I'll bet the original is the absolute best. Nice job.
