Are your Christmas stockings starting to look a little worn, or are you in need of a new Christmas stocking for the latest addition to the family? Why not make one yourself this Holiday season with one of the many free Christmas Stocking Patterns that are available online?

LoveToKnow

LoveToKnow.com's Craft section has a long list of Christmas Stocking Patterns. The Christmas Stocking Patterns are grouped into four different sections which are Knitting Christmas Stockings, Crocheted Christmas Stockings, Sewn Christmas Stockings, and Cross Stitch Christmas Stockings. Each section contains approximately five to ten patterns. My absolute favorite Christmas Stocking Pattern is a crocheted John Deere Stocking which is sure to be a favorite of any little boy.

KnittingPatternCentral.com

KnittingPatternCentral.comalso has quite a long list of Christmas Stocking Patterns for knitters. One of my favorite patterns at KnittingPatternCentral.com is the Candy Cane Boot Pattern that will add a great touch of holiday cheer when hung on any fireplace mantel.

Lion Brand Yarn

The Lion Brand Yarn website offers website visitors about seven free Christmas Stocking Patterns. While there is not a lot of patterns to choose from the ones that are there are absolutely darling. My favorite is the Furry Santa Stocking made using Fun Fur.

EZ Quilting

Ez Quilting offers website visitors free quilt patterns. While they only have one Christmas Stocking Pattern listed on their website it is an absolutely gorgeous quilted Holiday Lights Christmas Stocking Pattern.

BOM Quilts

BOM Quilts has about five free Christmas Stocking Patterns listed for quilters. Perhaps one of the most unique Christmas Stocking Pattern I have seen this year is the Log Cabin Courthouse Christmas Stocking, which is a more rustic stocking than many of the contemporary stockings.
