Taking a page from Upperdecks book, Bandai has released the widely popular Naruto Trading Card Game and made collectable Tins featuring many of the favorite characters from the anime and one time only Promo cards. These cards range from decent, to really good, and each tin also contains a few surprises, like preview cards for the upcoming set "Quest For Power" and an assortment of booster packs from various sets of the Naruto Trading Card Game. These Tins are a great buy for any collector of the card game, or fan of the show.

Each of the four tins showcases one of the shows main characters, you can choose from Gaara of the Dessert, Kakashi Hatake, Sasuke Uchiha, or Naruto Uzumaki. Each Tin comes with one variant card that pictures the character showcased on the tin, and also comes with 5 booster packs from various sets. These five packs are from Revenge and Rebirth, Dream Legacy, and Eternal Rivalry. Also each tin comes with 3 preview cards for the upcoming set "Quest for Power"

The cards that come in each Tin have the following effects

Gaara of the Dessert (Tragic Name) has the effect of being able to discard one of your ninjas in order to deal 1 point of damage to an opponents ninja. This may not seem like such a great effect at first, but when you think about it, this effect is a direct mirror to such cards like "Twin Snake Sacrifice Jutsu" and "End of the Demon" the only difference is that this effect can be used multiple times, and has no specific requirements. Also this Gaara combos well with the all powerful fire mission "Jonin Intervention" .... I'm thinking a Fire/Wind deck maybe? The Gaara Tin has proved to be one of the more popular tins, not only because the Gaara variant is good, but it comes with "Reunion with a former Teacher" a preview card from Quest for Power that is really amazing!
