Hotel Guide: El Paso, Texas

The first hotel in which I reviewed is The Camino Real Hotel El Paso. This hotel was built in 1912 and for all of you history buffs out there, it is listed on the National Historic Register. This hotel continues to impress guests, most notably with its grand lobby. Crystal chandeliers, gilt-trimmed pillars, marble floors, one of the most photographed staircases in the Southwest, fine art, and a Tiffany cut-glass dome all demonstrate why the hotel was once considered the "showcase of the West." In order to satisfy all of the guests needs, both recreational and business related, there is an outdoor swimming pool with patio seating, a fitness center, and a 24-hour business center with high-speed Internet access.
