San Diego, California is an amazing city. There are so many different things to see and do. It is one city that you will find something to do at all hours of the day. The best part 
of the city is that there are a lot of romantic things to do with your loved one! That is one of the reasons that San Diego is so popular. Here are some romantic ideas that my husband and I did there that you can also do in San Diego with your special someone.
My favorite thing to do was to take the horse drawn carriage ride through Balboa Park, which is the largest urban park in the nation. It looks like it came straight out of a fairy tale. The park is amazingly beautiful and they take care of it very well. My husband surprised me with the carriage ride so that made it more special too!
The Cinderella-Carriage Company was the name of the business that owned the carriage. The carriage was white with a dark red color fabric for the seats. The man that was in control of the carriage was dressed in a black suit with a top hat and a bow tie. The horse was gorgeous. He was a large Belgian horse with light brown color with a white nose. We got to pet him also and he was very well trained and friendly.
The ride through the park was so relaxing and beautiful. It was right along the side of the water. The path that the horses walked on was a gray brick pathway, so when the horses walked you could hear each and every clip clop of their shoes on the brick. The view of the park along the ride was gorgeous. The grass was green as green could be and filled with beautiful trees, different brightly colored flowers, amazing architecture and statues.
If you would rather be on the water versus around the water, you can go on a romantic gondola ride that makes you feel like you are in Italy. The ride takes you on the Coronado Cays through canals and different waterways. It is a lot of fun and the view is amazing.
