If you love ranch dressing and want to eat healthy you should try this organic version of the ever popular ranch dressing. Follow Your Heart's zesty Chipotle-Lime Ranch Dressing is preservative, wheat, and gluten free and does not contain any mayonnaise or egg products. In addition, it contains live active cultures which are beneficial to the digestive system.Price/Availability
I purchased a 12 oz bottle for about $3.50 at my local Sunflower natural foods market. If you can't find it at your local supermarket or natural foods store, you can go online to their website to find where to buy. They also sell their products directly from their website at http://www.followyourheart.com. Visiting their website, I found that they also carry a variety of gourmet cheese's and veggie meats in addition to other flavors of salad dressing.
Use
Follow Your Heart Chipotle-Lime dressing can be used as a salad dressing, in pitas or wraps, or as a dip for fried food or fresh vegetables.
Taste
I am not much of a ranch dressing fan, but I love this brand. I tend to not like products that are too rich, especially those that contain eggs and mayo. This Chipotle-Lime Ranch dressing is not heavy, yet it's big on flavor. Tangy buttermilk is the cornerstone of the flavor, and the buttermilk is fantastic. The chipotle adds a nice spicy smoke flavored touch, while the lime juice keeps it tasting fresh and light.
