Those of us who are forced to change our dieting lifestyle due to health or weight issues know how utterly difficult doing so can be. The key is to make those changes as easy to live with as possible, and to not try to change overnight.

In my previous article "Simple Dieting Lifestyle Changes You Can Live With," I point out how simple it can be to choose to buy the same product in a different form. Making little changes, such as those, can make all the difference.

Here, I encourage you to continue making small dieting lifestyle changes that you can live with.

More Simple Dieting Lifestyle Changes You Can Live With:

Sweeten Your Potatoes

First aid for carbohydrate lovers comes in the form of sweet potatoes. Except for potato salad, sweet potatoes make a fantastic and delicious substitute for white, red and Idaho potatoes.

If you have never tried a baked sweet potato, you do not know what you're missing! I know, you've heard it before. There is a reason. Baked sweet potatoes are ten times better than regular baked potatoes.

The best french fries in the world are made from sweet potatoes. For years, my friends had been trying to get me to try them. I thought "yuck!" I was wrong, they are incredible.

Fried sweet potatoes with brown sugar has always been a holiday favorite, but now I know that fried sweet potatoes without the brown sugar is delicious as well. And I recently had my first serving of mashed sweet potatoes and was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved them.

Here's how you can make a simple dieting lifestyle change. The next time you go to the grocery store, buy only sweet potatoes. Give your white, red and Idaho potatoes away. You no longer need them. Switching to sweet potatoes is a change you can live with.

The Blessings of Honey

Honey is making headlines for something I've known all along. Taking honey for colds, allergies and the flu helps. I would use the word "cure," but I don't want the FDA knocking on my door.

Hmmmmmmm, interesting. I can't eat anything sweet on my program, though.

They changed the titles of my articles.. so I'm going to have to have them go in and change the reference to an article that no longer has the title I gave it. Grrr. I hate when they mess things up like this.
