My Vision, My Dream for MyNation

This is just a Preface of My Dream My vision. I`m sure my dream never come true, when there is raise of Feminism, empower women movement, corroupt government and gender biased laws.

Here is few points of my dream.

MPs should not contest not more than 2 terms;

MPs and above retire age limit should be 60 years.

MPs should be graduates.

All Politicians should not have any criminal records.

There should not be any reservation in parliament/Public service/Institutes based on caste/race/gender/religion.

Politicians should not change their party after wining from one party.

There should be only 2 parties in Election; Ruling and opposition;

All religion/caste/region/community based parties should be banned.

There should not be any restriction to move/work/live around in whole India; based on caste and region.

There should not be any reservation or appointments based on money/influence/gender/religion other than merits.

IPC should be rewritten; changing all British made laws.

Senior citizens above 60 should not be arrested; other than Rape and murder related crimes.

Rape and murder crime should be punished severely.

There should not be age/sex limit for Punishment in Rape and murder crime.

Those who involved in Terrorism/drugs/mass murder should be hanged to death.

Misuses of Law should be punished with double term of their claim.

Giving false complaint/information/witness to misguide law should be treated and punished as equal to crime committed.

All judgments should be delivered within one year.

Family matters should be settled within 6 months.

All lawyers knowingly help to getaway criminals should be treated as criminals and banned from their profession.

Witness turns hostile or changes his/her statement should be treated as criminal for misleading law.

Their should be fact finding agency on every crime.

In family matters the word "man" should be changed as spouse.

Child custody should be granted based on capacity of parents not on gender.

Both parents should meet child and work/discus performance of child; Once a month at least

If women is working she should pay child support.
