Have you ever seen a busy four year old running around and said, "I wish I had there energy?" Energy is one thing we can never seem to get enough of. This article will introduce you to several quick solutions to increase your level of energy and overall quality of your life.

Next time you eat a salad, add a few radishes. Radishes have a key ingredient called Raphanin and it works to balance the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland has a lot to do with why most people feel fatigued. So the next time you have a salad pile on the radishes.

Spritz your face with a bottle of water. Just a little spray of water on your face can shake you and give you a new found energy. If you want to get even more fancy companies such as BellaMama and Etsy sell face and body spritzers that contain vitamins and other healthy natural ingredients.

Sing a happy song, hum, whistle or just get up and dance. Enjoying your favorite uplifting tunes can definitely give you the pick up that you need.

Eat or drink your vegetables. Drink tomato juice. The ingredients in the tomato and or vegetable juice provide your body with proper nutrition which corresponds to feeling better.

Take the liquid form of the B12 vitamin in sub-ingle form. Small bottles of this can be carried in your purse, briefcase or in your desk. The bottle will have a dropper and you take the suggested amount up under your tongue you hold it for 30 seconds and then swallow. If you do that throughout the day when you feel yourself getting a little low on energy it will give you an instant pickup.

It is very important that you get at least eight hours of sleep. If your body does not get the necessary amount of sleep you start your day off in a fatigued mode. You become tired quicker and it takes longer for you to recover from that fatigue. Many then result to unhealthy food choices for a pick me up, which leads to unwanted weight gain.

Limit the refined carbohydrates that are in your diet. Items such as white bread, white rice, crackers, and pasta all turn to sugars once digested. Replaces these items with wholegrain substitutes.

Eat healthy snacks such as fruits, vegetables and yogurt. If you put alive foods in, you will feel alive.

I say excellent tips. I use many of these my self because I always seem to be feeling tired. Music is by far my favorite pick me up. I could set up a playlist of my favorite tunes and have the energy to clean the whole house. I think I'll give the vitamin B12 a try; I may be lacking in some why I feel tired so often. Thanks for the great advice.

Excellent advice! I wouldn't have thought of a scent bringing you energy, but now that you mention it, it seems so obvious. And I'll have to try the B-vitamin one sometime. Bravissima!
