One of the best ways to celebrate life is through connection. Whether it's with friends, family or even complete strangers, connecting through conversation and caring can be a great celebration of life.
Enjoy all your basic physical senses like eating, sleeping and having sex. These are all physical pleasures that if done well can be enjoyed and add a greater richness to life. There's nothing like a good day that would be filled with all three.
Work exercise into your daily life. Whether it's through keeping up with kids, having that great sex that I talked about above or picking up a favorite sport, incorporating some type of exercise can be a crucial key to celebrating life. By using and exploring this physical form that you operate out of, there is no doubt to be a deeper, greater connection to who you are and what you are made of that will allow you more celebration.
Learn something new every day, do something different or daring. It's too easy to stay inside our own little worlds and wrinkle our faces to anything new in our lives. However our experiences and the quality of them can be determined by our ability to expand. We are creatures of habit that fear the unknown, however learning only what you need to get by is limiting and only existing. Pick up a book, take a class, explore a new area or talk to someone that you wouldn't ordinarily talk to. Education of even small things in life can allow you to open yourself up to new questions, creation, possibility and celebration of life.
